Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order or customized pieces may require additional crafting time, which will be communicated at checkout.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery typically takes 4-7 business days for metro cities and 7-10 business days for other locations across India, depending on destination and product availability.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer complimentary shipping on orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout. A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below this amount, calculated automatically in your cart.
4. Insured & Secure Packaging
Every order is insured during transit and shipped in tamper-proof, secure packaging via our trusted courier partners, given the value of the jewellery being delivered.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email. You can also check your order status anytime from the Orders section of your account.
6. Delayed or Failed Delivery
In rare cases of delivery delays due to courier or logistics issues, our support team will proactively keep you informed and assist until your order is successfully delivered.
